HR Generalist/Admin
Our client, a global luxury hospitality organization, is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist / Administrator to support ongoing HR operations, system implementation, and light recruitment efforts. This role will be heavily focused on HR systems, process improvement, and administrative execution, with limited recruiting responsibilities.Job Function Support the implementation and ongoing setup of a new global HRIS (transitioning from ADP to Rippling)Configure workflows, hiring processes, and system parametersCreate and manage automated communications (offer letters, candidate emails, etc.)Assist with system testing and data validationMaintain and update employee data across multiple regions (including international teams)Assist with HRIS data migration and manual data entry as neededBuild and maintain recruiting workflows within the system (pre-screen, interview stages, communication templates)Conduct an audit of existing roles and job descriptionsIdentify gaps and create/update job descriptions using internal templatesEnsure consistency across roles, postings, and organizational structureSupport organizational initiatives, including:Development of org chartsAlignment of job postings with internal structureHR documentation and process standardizationProvide light recruiting support as needed:Review applicants in ATS (ADP/Rippling)Coordinate interviews and assist with basic screening processesJob Requirements2-3+ years of prior experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Admin role.Hands-on experience working with HR systems (ADP, Rippling, or similar HRIS).Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.Exposure to recruiting processes (but not the primary focus).Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
