This role is pivotal in the team, as the individual will be tasked with sourcing, underwriting, and executing complex structured product co-investments across various sectors, including consumer finance, real estate, hard assets, and financial assets. The role demands a professional with a strong investing mindset, the ability to think independently about investments, and a deep understanding of portfolio construction. The candidate should possess strong corporate valuation, modeling, and accounting skills, and have a background in structured products, private credit, or distressed investing.Key responsibilities for the Vice President include conducting fundamental research, leading due diligence, financial modeling, and making investment recommendations. The role also involves managing the entire investment process, from deal execution to ongoing monitoring and realizations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' of experience in structured products, with a preference for those with a background in private credit.
