Staff Accountant — Manufacturing South Gastonia, NC position is OnsiteIFAB Corp. is tier one metal fabricator. We're hiring a Staff Accountant who's fluent in modern ERP and serious about Excel — someone who wants to build a career inside a manufacturing finance function, not just close the books.What you'll ownGeneral ledger: journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets — to GAAPAP/AR: invoice processing, payments, collections, vendor and customer master dataMonthly close: bank and balance sheet recs, P&L prep, trial balanceManufacturing cost accounting: variance analysis, cycle count reconciliation, inventory valuation across four sitesSales and use tax filings, audit support, process improvementThe tech stack we want you to bringNetSuite, Sage Intacct, or comparable modern cloud ERP — hands-on, not just exposureExcel at a working level: Power Query for imports, Power Pivot or PivotTables for multi-table analysis, fluent with XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, able to build clean reusable modelsBonus: SQL basics, Power BI, or ERP-to-BI data flow experienceWhat we want you to knowBachelor's in Accounting or Finance2–4 years in industry (manufacturing strongly preferred)Solid GAAP fundamentals; you can defend a reconciliationDocumented, organized, audit-ready by default
