Construction Manager - Residential Homes Coastal Carolina

As a builder, you’ll be managing the field operations of the company, delivering a quality product, and providing customer service after the sale. You will be that crucial front-line person who helps us fulfill our commitment to our customers. These semi-custom homes range from $500,000 to $900,000. Some of the responsibilities for this role are: Manage production of 12-15 homes at a time Lead, manage, and hold trade partners accountable Inspect homes daily to ensure they are being built to the quality standards set in place Manage schedules to ensure homes are being built appropriately and on time Perform Safety and SWPPP inspections daily so all local and state compliances are being upheld Count in materials when delivered to ensure all material ordered is received, acceptable quality, and delivered correctly. Communicate weekly with buyers for schedule updates, addressing their questions or concerns, and to set expectations of what work is being performed Manage all warranty work being performed in your neighborhood – including 60-day warranty, 11-month warranty, and any call-ins Manage and maintain job site cleanliness to promote safety and high-quality work being performed by the trade partners Communicate with the Sales Team weekly to discuss any topics about buyers and the status of construction on each home Manage all job site variance to reduce excess spending This company has stability and an established presence in the area. They also have aggressive goals and when they hit them, you benefit with generous profit-sharing. You MUST have a minimum of 3-9 years of experience in the residential homebuilding industry and be ready to hit the ground running. A working knowledge of Hyphen Solutions BuildPro is preferred. Salary range is $90,000 - $105,000 per year Total package with bonuses and profit sharing can potentially reach $150,000 per year.
