Dance Instructor

*Location: Hackensack, NJ* *Thursdays 3:15 - 4:15 PM* *October 22 - January 8* Responsibilities: * Ability to teach Ballet for ages 3-6 * Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students. * Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. * Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. * Provide a fun and creative environment. * Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the dance routines and curriculum as needed. Qualifications: * Previous teaching experience required. * Excellent communication skills. * Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable. * Demonstrate patience and leadership skills. * Valid Driver's License & car to drive to/from classes Compensation & Benefits: * Part time schedule * High hourly compensation * Potential quarterly bonus Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour Benefits: * Referral program Work Location: In person
