We work with restaurants, chefs, hospitality groups, and retail clients, providing high-quality products and personalized service.Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated, well-connected sales professional in the Houston market to help grow our restaurant and hospitality accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in outside sales and understands how to build relationships with chefs, buyers, restaurant groups, hotels, and premium retail accounts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business with restaurants, chefs, hospitality groups, hotels, and specialty retailMaintain and grow existing customer relationshipsConduct in-person visits, tastings, and product presentationsIdentify new sales opportunities and open new accountsFollow up on leads, proposals, and ordersWork closely with management on pricing, product selection, and account strategyRepresent the company professionally in the Houston marketPreferred BackgroundExperience in foodservice sales, hospitality sales, wine & spirits, seafood, meat, specialty food, or other premium productsExisting relationships with chefs, restaurant buyers, or hospitality decision-makers in Houston is strongly preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyReliable transportation for local client visitsCompensationBase salary + commissionCompensation will depend on experience, market relationships, and ability to generate new businessLocal travel / client visit support can be discussedWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone hungry, professional, and proactiveSomeone who can open doors, not just manage inbound ordersSomeone comfortable selling premium products without relying only on discounts
