VCF Engineer
Location: Robbins AFB, GA
Job Description:
Serve as a VCF Engineer
Optimize VCF instance & environment
STIG appliances as environments are deployed
Design, develop, and implement a Gov’t Multi-cloud management platform
Support customer cost, operations, and automation goals
Optimize network operations across applications and clouds
Automate workload balance and placement for the VMware cloud
Automate IT infrastructure
Streamline DevOps infrastructure resource consumption and delivery
Set and verify security configurations in the delivery pipeline and remediate violations
Advise Project Managers on technical issues and solutions
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience optimizing VCF instances/environments
Hands-on VMWare Cloud Foundation (VCF) experience
STIGing
VCF 5.2
VCF 9 Fleet
Upgrading environments
Automation and Orchestration
Hybrid Cloud Capabilities
Software Defined Networking (NSX)
Integrated Platform
Experience with the following:
vMotion
HCI
vSAN
vCenter
NSX
Required: Active Secret Security Clearance
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000-$180,000
