Whether you're a recent graduate, early in your career, or looking to transition into finance from another operational role, we're looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.You'll work closely with our experienced Finance team while supporting multiple brands and business units across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with systems and numbers, and helping keep day-to-day financial operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices and assist with accounts payable functionsSupport vendor communication and respond to payment inquiriesAssist with payment processing and financial recordkeepingMaintain accurate entries within accounting systemsHelp organize and track financial documentation and recordsSupport inventory and invoice reconciliation processesAssist with monthly reporting and general accounting supportCollaborate with the Finance team on administrative and operational projectsHelp maintain organized financial files and systemsProvide additional accounting and finance support as neededWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPositive attitude with a willingness to learnAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesComfortable working with technology and Microsoft Office tools, especially ExcelStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionallyPrior accounting, finance, administrative, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join UsAt Barrel One Collective, you'll be part of a company that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
