Job description:The Food Runner/Busser position supports the restaurant by maintaining clean and replenished dining areas. They are responsible for delivering food, clearing tables, placing tableware, and providing great communication.Duties and Responsibilities include:Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.Remove dirty utensils and dishware and replenish.Clean and reset tables after guests leave.Maintain health and safety regulations.Provide excellent customer service.Self-driven, proactive, and punctual.Qualifications:Restaurant bussing experience.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards.Ability to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently.Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all state and federal regulations.Ability to maintain professional demeaner and communication.Ability to maintain proper uniform and professional presentation.Safeguard the team by maintaining a healthy and safe workplace, environment, and culture.• Ability to walk up and down stairs.• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
