Infrastructure Domain Architecture Manager

Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio The Domain Architecture Manager provides strategic leadership to guide technology decisions at Key across architecture areas with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics domains. The individual will lead a team of architects in day-to-day operations and will work with technology teams to help define technology strategy and assuring cross-portfolio alignment. They will assist in the review and approval of the architecture designs for the delivery of projects. They will help develop and communicate the Bank's technology architecture plan and the infrastructure components required to support it. Consult with business, information, and technical subject matter experts to identify how a given business architecture can support these goals.Assist in developing technology roadmaps and overall technology strategy.Understanding of banking and banking trendsUnderstand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.Deep knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics architecturesIndustry and competitor researchBroad general technology knowledgeProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communicationStrong analytical and conceptual skillsStrategic planning, leadership, and relationship managementUnderstanding of organizational structure and cultureAbility to manage ambiguity.Ability to provide conflict resolution.Risk management Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experienceMaster's degree in technology or business desirable7+ years of experience in enterprise architectureAt least 3 years in a leadership role desirableExperience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data, and infrastructure domainsExperience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation.Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented.Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio.The ability to manage and mentor a team of architects ensuring the development and growth of the team.Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $116,000.00 - $216,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives. This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $175,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
