Gateway is seeking a Paramedic on a full-time basis to sit onsite to facilitate contrast injections in Richardson, TX. Work Schedule: Monday: 8am–9pm Tuesday: 8am–5pm Wednesday: 8am–5pm Saturday: 8am–2pm Job Summary: If confronted with an adverse event (contrast reaction, infiltration or situation that requires the radiologist), the Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic should immediately use the Teams audio/video functionality to alert the supervising radiologist. The radiologist will assist with assessment of the patient and provide appropriate treatment instruction, including any medication administration. It is also the responsibility of the on-site contractor to ensure 911 has been called when necessary. Items listed must be complete prior to onsite coverage.
