SAP SuccessFactors Data LeadThe SAP SuccessFactors Data Lead is responsible for leading and managing the data and content conversion and migration within the HR Transformation program. This is a complex role working in a global environment to implement the SuccessFactors modules across the US organization. This position reports to the HRIS Workstream Lead.Fully remote on Central or Eastern time zoneResponsibilities:Ownership of the overall data conversion and content migration approach for the HRIS project and inputs to ensure data is prepared for loading into the new HRIS solution.This includes completion of approach and strategy for content migration of Learning data.Ensure wider stakeholders are kept informed of the data conversion and content migration plan and activities throughout the lifecycle of the project.Define, document and communicate the data conversion and content migration standards for extraction and preparation and testing Identify data owners and governance protocols on data changes/updates during implementationWork with our implementation providers to ensure that data is profiled and transformed as per agreed business rulesResponsible for data extract and transformation of company data into the new HRIS solution, supporting multiple rounds of data extraction from legacy and global systemsCoordinate the data validation work at the end of each migration cycle.Collate feedback on any issues identified and track these issues to resolution.Ensure that the appropriate edits against the extracted data are carried out as neededManage coordination and prompt responsiveness of data issue resolutionsEnsures that relevant data consistency checks have been conducted and errors corrected using agreed business rulesOwns and manages any manual data update process during deploymentTracks and manages the reporting status to the project management team including escalation of any risks and issuesWork with stakeholders on translated data issues if they ariseSupport technical resources in the definition of integration requirements and support in the delivery of integration solution workshops and the completion of required documentation.Support the implementation teams to manage the SAP/SuccessFactors integrations, and any integrations to 3rd party vendor solutions.Support with agreed testing and stakeholder alignment to ensure all agreed issues are corrected prior to and during testing.
