Student Loan Contact Specialist

Student Loan Contact Specialist Reliant’s Student Loan Contact Specialist is responsible for managing and recovering delinquent higher education accounts. The Contact Specialist maintains a work flow of delinquent loan accounts managing them to completion while complying with daily, weekly, and monthly goals. This is a full time, non-exempt position that reports directly to the Director of Operations. This position is onsite.
