Assembler / Packer Gardena, CA $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Position Summary Infratech is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler / Packer to support day-to-day production and shipping operations. This role is responsible for assembling products, preparing materials, packaging finished goods, and maintaining quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to work instructions and production requirements Package finished goods for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met Label, inspect, and verify completed products prior to packing or shipping Maintain clean and organized workstations and production areas Assist with material movement and staging as needed Identify and report damaged materials, product defects, or production issues Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times Support general warehouse and production operations as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, packing, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production expectations Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs Repetitive hand and arm movements throughout shift Ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout production areas Schedule & Work Environment Monday through Friday, occasional on weekends 5am-1:30pm Onsite role in Gardena, CA Benefits Health insurance with option for employer-paid employee-only coverage Dental and vision insurance (employee-paid) Employer-paid life insurance policy Voluntary life insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with company match Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable California employment laws.
