Project Engineer -Food &Beverages

Primary ObjectiveTo facilitate engineering, design, and project management for assigned initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external entities (architects, engineers, construction teams) to streamline engineering and design efforts, establishing well-defined project scopes.Mentor Project Engineers, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.Develop comprehensive project scopes in conjunction with the project team, aligned with the requirements of internal customers. Conduct thorough research, evaluation, engineering, and design processes.Oversee project execution, ensuring that construction, renovation, and other project activities are completed within predetermined timelines and budgets.Implement and uphold safety policies and standards throughout all project stages, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety.Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes, adhering to scheduled timelines and budget constraints. Provide periodic reports as required by stakeholders.Demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.Manage project administration and coordinate internal resources efficiently.Utilize Microsoft Project for detailed scheduling and tracking of project progress.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural) is required.Previous experience in the poultry industry is mandatory.Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong collaboration skills are essential.J-18808-Ljbffr
