Armed Security Guard

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Armed Guards to join Code 3 security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by protecting personnel and property. This role requires a strong sense of duty, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. The Armed Guard will ensure compliance with security protocols while providing a visible deterrent against potential threats. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of personnel and property. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance among all individuals on the premises. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, maintaining readiness for medical emergencies. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism risks. Skills Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred. Military background is a plus, demonstrating discipline and commitment to safety protocols. Proficient in first aid and CPR, with the ability to act decisively in emergencies. Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Attention to detail with strong observational skills for identifying unusual behavior or threats. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments.
