Add in the spring hailstorms, the heavy summer downpours, and the oak-and-pecan canopy that clogs every gutter from Alamo Heights to Cibolo, Boerne to New Braunfels, Schertz to Fair Oaks Ranch — and the demand doesn't slow down. Homeowners aren't deciding whether to fix their gutters — they're deciding who to hire.
Your job is to be the one they hire.
What You're Walking Into* Pre-set, pre-qualified appointments from inbound leads — homeowners who requested an estimate. No canvassing, no cold calls, no setting your own appointments.
* Real volume — 2 to 4 pre-set appointments per day, 6 days a week. That's 12 to 24 appointments hitting your calendar weekly. We don't starve our reps.
* A real product mix — seamless gutters, leaf protection, repairs, and cleaning — so you have something to sell at every price point.
* Good / Better / Best presentation system already built. You're not reinventing pricing on every porch.
* Same-day quotes with Synchrony financing options that close more deals at higher tickets.
* A real brand — established company, branded trucks, professional installers, real warranties to stand behind. Not a fly-by-night operation.What You'll Actually Do* Run scheduled in-home estimates across San Antonio and the surrounding service area
* Inspect roofs, fascia, and drainage; diagnose the real problem (not just what the homeowner thinks it is)
* Measure accurately and build job scopes the install crew can execute without callbacks
* Present Good/Better/Best options using the company system
* Ask for the sale. Handle objections. Close on the first visit whenever possible.
* Submit photos, measurements, signed agreements, and CRM notes the same day — every time
* Hold the line on pricing and follow approved discount guidelinesWho We're Hiring* Minimum 2 years closing experience in home services (gutters, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, foundation, pest, water treatment, or similar one-call-close environments). Retail and B2B sales don't translate — don't apply if that's your background.
* Saturday availability is required. This is a 6-day schedule. Saturdays are our highest-converting day and non-negotiable for this role.
* A documented track record. Be ready to show close rates, average ticket, and what you produced last year.
* Process discipline. We have SOPs for a reason. If "I do it my way" is your brand, we're not a fit.
* Comfortable on a roof, on a ladder, and in an attic when the diagnosis requires it.
* Strong written communication for CRM notes and customer follow-up.
* Own vehicle, valid Texas driver's license, current auto insurance, clean enough driving record to be insurable. Comfortable driving across the metro and into outlying areas.
* Smartphone fluent — CRM, digital measurement tools, e-signature, photo documentation.Compensation & Earning Potential
Here are the real numbers. Run them yourself.* 10% commission on the base price of every standard job
* 45% commission on everything sold above the base — upsells, leaf protection upgrades, premium materials, expanded scope. This is where top reps separate themselves.
* Average closed ticket: $2,500. Top reps closing at $4,000-$6,000+ by leading with leaf protection.
* Appointment volume: 12 to 24 pre-set appointments per week (2 to 4 per day, Monday through Saturday)
* Company-average closer earns $65,000-$80,000 in Year 1
* Top performers earned $85,000-$105,000 last year
* Paid weekly on collected revenue
