This role involves performing high-level tax preparation and compliance tasks, managing client relationships, reviewing financial statements, preparing tax returns, and guiding junior staff. The successful candidate will also handle bookkeeping, identify opportunities for process improvement, and ensure clients maintain compliance with relevant regulations.QualificationsEffective Communication and Executive Support skills for seamless coordination with clients and team members.Relevant experience and educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Certified Enrolled Agent (EA) designation preferred or significant progress toward certification.Proficiency in tax preparation software and accounting tools.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.The right candidate could have an opportunity for future ownership participation.
