Location of position is in Visalia, CA. This is an in-person/in-field role. Salary range is $75,000 to $95,000 per year plus bonus.
Responsibilities:
Manage a Field Service and Equipment team of ~10 Employees, oversee day to day activities and monitor performance getting regular feedback from Commercial Team and customers. Establish KPIs to measure.
Prioritize and Schedule routes/projects according to Account Management and Customer needs. Minimizing response times and maximizing efficiency.
Lead meetings to check-in with entire Visalia team and align on daily/weekly priorities for the business.
Complete Field Service Training/Onboarding program & Continuous training monthly for direct reports.
Use Process improvement to reduce expense and labor budget year over year.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree, MBA a plus
Ability to travel locally, Valid California Drivers License
Preferred: CM or CCSM, CCSP, PMP. Lean Six Sigma certification/belt

Mechanical aptitude or equipment experience especially in Ag post-harvest industry a plus
