OverviewPlacement Type:N/ASalary:$55-60 Hourlyup to $56.00/hrStart Date:May 11, 2026OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Apparel Product Manager to lead the development and execution of women's training apparel product lines for a globally recognized leader in the footwear industry. This is a high-impact role focused on driving product excellence, consumer relevance, and commercial success within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Location & ScheduleOn-site with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)Experience Level5-7+ years of product management experience in apparel requiredBachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experienceWhat You'll DoLead end-to-end product creation for women's training apparel, with a focus on sports bras and performance wearDefine and execute product strategy aligned to consumer insights, market trends, and business goalsPartner closely with design, merchandising, and technical design teams to bring products from concept through commercializationDevelop compelling product narratives and visual tools to support cross-functional alignment and decision-makingManage calendars, milestones, and seasonal timelines to ensure on-time delivery of product assortmentsAnalyze retail performance and apply retail math to inform product decisions and assortment strategyCollaborate with athletes, consumers, and internal partners to gather insights and validate product directionWhat We're Looking ForDeep experience in apparel product management, ideally within women's performance or training categoriesStrong understanding of retail math, product lifecycle, and consumer-driven product strategyAdvanced skills in Excel and Keynote for analysis and storytellingProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authorityStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining structure and clarityPreferred QualificationsExperience in women's performance apparel, especially sports bras or technical apparel categoriesStrong consumer and competitor awareness in the athletic/performance spaceBackground in product innovation and trend-driven assortment planningPrior experience with a globally recognized leader in the footwear or performance apparel industryIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a highly collaborative and strategic product leader who is passionate about creating world-class performance apparel.
