Position: Property ManagerSalary: $82,500 - $122,800 /annuallyLocation: Tracy, CAPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community. This position is responsible for maintaining property performance, fostering positive tenant relationships, ensuring lease compliance, coordinating property maintenance, and driving occupancy goals.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the property to ensure efficient and effective managementConduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal, cleanliness, and overall property standardsPerform move-in and move-out inspections and ensure units are prepared for occupancyBuild and maintain positive relationships with residents while addressing concerns and resolving issues professionallyManage rent collections and follow established procedures for delinquent accountsEnforce lease agreements, community policies, and issue violation notices when necessaryCoordinate maintenance requests and work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfactionWork closely with maintenance staff and vendors to maintain property conditions and address repair needsMonitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to maintain a minimum 97% occupancy rateAssist with resident retention efforts and lease renewalsMaintain accurate tenant files, lease documentation, and property recordsEnsure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal lawsPrepare reports and communicate property performance metrics to leadershipQualificationsPrevious property management experience requiredStrong knowledge of residential property operations, leasing, and tenant relationsExperience with rent collections, lease enforcement, and occupancy managementExcellent customer service and conflict resolution skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
