A company is looking for a 100% Remote Associate Attorney. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and assistance in commercial and insurance litigation Handle and litigate complex bodily/personal injury and wrongful death cases Draft, review, and revise legal documents while collaborating with the legal team on case strategies Required Qualifications Must be barred in Arizona, Utah, or New Mexico Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney Proven experience in commercial litigation and complex bodily/personal injury cases Familiarity with construction defect cases is a plus
