We’re currently looking for a full-time Inside Sales Associate (Counter Sales) to join our growing team in Yarmouth!What You’ll DoYou'll be the friendly face and go-to expert for our walk-in customers, helping them find the right products and solutions while keeping everything running smoothly behind the counter. Your day-to-day will include:Assisting customers with orders, providing guidance, and upselling when appropriateDelivering outstanding service to build and maintain lasting business relationshipsGrowing your knowledge of products through ongoing training and hands-on experienceCollaborating with Branch Manager and Outside Sales to identify new business opportunitiesPulling and verifying customer orders for accuracy and efficiencyHelping keep inventory organized, stocked, and up to dateWorking closely with warehouse and branch staff to meet daily operational goalsPartnering with Manufacturer Reps to ensure the best solutions for our customersKeeping the branch tidy, safe, and running at its bestWho You AreA people person with strong communication skills and a team-first mindsetSales-savvy with mechanical aptitude—experience in plumbing/HVAC a big plus!Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, knowledgeable teamComfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a hands-on environmentOrganized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with easeWhy Work With Us?At Snow And Jones, We Offer More Than Just a Job—we Offer a Career Path In a Company That Cares.
