Assemble various components involved in a customized refrigerated trailer and body manufacturing process.Essential FunctionsAssemble pre-fabricated material (counterbalance assemblies, covering and wiring, roofing, doors, shelves, etc.) following verbal or written instructionsDetect and report faulty operations, materials and working conditions to supervisorUse safety equipment as instructed. Follow safety regulations and company policiesMaintain work area, equipment and tools in clean orderly conditionPromote 5S concept of order and housekeepingCross-train as requiredPerform other duties as assignedJob Qualifications Working knowledge of hand toolsConstruction and mechanical aptitudeBasic math and various measuring devicesAbility to read and understand a standard 16 scale tape measure as well as blue printsPhysical DemandsPhysical fitness to perform all functions of designated work areas. This includes small tool use, full arm and leg range of motion, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, work in awkward positions Employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35#, frequently lift and/or move up to 55# and occasionally lift loads up to 50#
