Your primary responsibilities will be e-filing in Oregon and Washington courts, formatting briefs, client correspondence, opening new files, running conflicts checks, and preparing Tables of Authority and Tables of Contents. You’ll also do some work in bankruptcy and federal courts, so you’ll need to be proficient in reviewing and applying court rules. Excellent communication skills will be key as you coordinate between courts, agency personnel, clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel.Self-sufficiency, attention to detail, and great teamwork will take you far on this team.
