Concrete Foreman
We are a growing construction company specializing in concrete, asphalt, and earthwork projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout the Midwest. In addition to our construction services, we also provide commercial and industrial snow removal during the winter months. Our team is built on hard work, integrity, and quality craftsmanship, and we are looking for a skilled Concrete Foreman to join us.
The Concrete Foreman will oversee day-to-day operations on concrete projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on concrete experience, and the ability to direct crews, coordinate with project managers, and communicate with clients. During the winter season, a Concrete Foreman will also support snow removal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise concrete crews in forming, pouring, finishing and curing concrete
Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
Coordinate work schedules, equipment, and material deliveries to meet project deadlines
Enforce safety policies and procedures on-site
Monitor quality control and ensure work meets specifications
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship for crew members
Maintain daily reports and communicate project updates to management
Assist with commercial industrial snow removal operations in winter (equipment operation, crew oversight, scheduling)
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in concrete construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role
Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and site preparation
Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Class A CDL desired or a willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
Experience operating construction equipment (laser screeds, skid loaders, excavators, etc.) preferred
Willingness to work long or irregular hours as required by project deadlines and winter snow operations
