The UCHealth Medical Group in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for a Perm Gynecology/Oncology Physician to join their team!Job Description:Join a well-established, high-volume practice with a seasoned staff and partner at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs (downtown).Enjoy a steady growth of new patients with a large and loyal referral base from our 11 primary care clinics and 4 OB/GYN clinics located throughout Colorado Springs.Receive support from a GynOnc dedicated Nurse Navigator, GYN-specialized Radiation Oncologist, and GYN-specialized Pathologists.Practice within the physician-led medical group with over 650 physicians and over 500 APPs. This group has 1 APP (NP), nurses, Mas Contract Physician assisting right now.Receive midlevel provider support in addition to full-spectrum ancillary support such as pelvic physical therapy, cancer nutrition, and counseling.Take part in research trials as well as the opportunity to offer them to patients.At UCHealth, we're looking for those who are talented and inspired - those who don't shy away from daily opportunities to improve lives. We want you to make extraordinary possible.Practice and operate at our Level I trauma center UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central with access to the da Vinci XI surgical system, clinical trials, and onsite infusion center.Memorial Hospital Central has 368 beds.Number of patients seen per day: 15-22, time at the discretion of the provider (new patient vs. follow-up)Age groups treated: adult onlyPrimarily seeing outpatientCall is shared 1:2. Do not get called in often as Hospitalists admit patients (only called for specific consults). Weekends only while on call.Access to University of Colorado School of Medicine Tumor Board, clinical trials, research, etc. Teaching medical students is an option, but not required.GynOnc and RadOnc both on siteEMR: EPICMust be interested in Permanent placement (not accepting Locums)Open to fellows who will be graduating in 2024Cannot accept visa candidatesCredentialing timeline: approximately 90 daysCompensation and Benefits: (to be discussed further at second interview)The pay range for this full-time position is BR27,000-BR74,000/annually.
