We are a Premier Level Trane Comfort Specialist and offer company paid dealer training, in-house training, and NATE certifications. We also cover your license fees and training; and any additional development training that you may be interested in. We are growing and adding a Customer Service Coordinator / HVAC Service Dispatcher to be part of our team! What we have to offer / Benefits: Medical insurance Paid vacation Sick Leave Paid holidays 401K with match Bonuses with Performance Profit Sharing Top of-the-line technology; we use Service Titan Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator / HVAC Service Dispatcher Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent upon experience Work Hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed What you will be doing: Answering incoming calls Customer service with homeowners and commercial customers Scheduling service calls & dispatching technicians Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance accounts Maintaining customer database with current information Calling customers with lead time for service Scheduling return trips Logging warranties and rebates Working independently and as a team Daily use of Service Titan, our cloud-based CRM software Qualifications / Skills: Impeccable customer service skills 2 + years related experience in an office setting in customer service, dispatching, project coordination, or equivalent combination of education and experience Sales experience Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills Microsoft Office software skills Data entry skills Organizational skills and high attention to detail Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
