If you want to make an impact by helping people live their best life, read more below and apply today!ResponsibilitiesCollects and reports management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operationsWorks to create a positive work environment and proper deployment of direct care workersReports safety and maintenance concerns as needed and Addresses and corrects health, safety, and environmental concernsImplements fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resourcesCompletes all required documentation in a timely mannerMonitors the budgets and finances of the person (s) servedCoaches and mentors support staff and attends and participates in announced meetingsSuccessfully completes all necessary training in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedQualificationsExperience in providing services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or related disorders preferredMinimum age requirement is 18 yearsAbility to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the companyCapable of working responsibly with highly confidential informationMust be able to work independently as well as part of a teamMust meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by Company and/or State regulationsHigh school diploma or General Education Diploma.
