Residential Coordinator (R. C.)Pay: $15.00/ Hourly Position Summary:The Residential Coordinator (R. C.) is a live-in, dorm-parent role responsible for supporting gap year students (ages 17-22) residing in on-site apartments. This position typically works approximately 40 hours per week, primarily evenings and weekends, and requires overnight presence whenever students are in residence. The R. C. serves as a mentor to students, supports the work of full-time program staff, and enforces disciplinary policies as needed. The R. C. manages the residential environment while living in a separate one-bedroom apartment and reports directly to the Assistant Program Director overseeing Residential Life. Compensation includes housing and utilities for the duration of the appointment, along with a bi-weekly paycheck reflecting an average 40-hour workweek.
