Health Economics Solutions ManagerField-Based | Candidates should reside in Western US (Major Metro / Airport Hub Preferred)As we continue to expand our Strategic Accounts & Health Economics (SAHE) function, we are adding a Health Economics Solutions Manager to help elevate the economic and clinical value of our wound care portfolio across health systems, IDNs, and GPO partners in the Western US.The OpportunityThe Health Economics Solutions Manager (HESM) serves as a strategic, customer‑facing partner to hospitals and integrated delivery networks, engaging at both the facility and system level. This role blends health economics expertise, real‑world evidence generation, and executive‑level storytelling to help customers achieve measurable improvements in outcomes, quality metrics, and financial performance.This is not an entry‑level health economics role. We are seeking a professional with real‑world healthcare experience who can collaborate cross‑functionally, lead without authority, and credibly engage mid‑ to senior‑level stakeholders (including C‑suite and service line leadership).Why This RoleEngage at the mid‑ to executive‑level within leading healthcare systemsBe part of a growing, highly visible team expanding Mölnlycke’s value‑based impactInfluence care delivery beyond products—helping customers solve real, system‑level problemsWork in a collaborative environment that values expertise, initiative, and partnershipWhat You’ll DoPartner with IDNs, health systems, GPOs, and National Accounts to deliver evidence‑based economic and clinical value strategiesTranslate clinical and operational challenges (e.g., pressure injury prevention, HAC reduction, value‑based purchasing requirements) into data‑driven solutionsDevelop and deliver health economic tools such as budget impact models, ROI analyses, and total value scorecardsCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Strategic Accounts to support system‑level value messaging and contracting discussionsCo‑create real‑world evidence with customers to validate outcomes and strengthen long‑term partnershipsServe as a health economics subject matter expert, contributing to customer presentations, thought leadership, RFP/RFI support, and educational initiativesRepresent Mölnlycke at key industry conferences and strategic customer engagementsWhat We’re Looking ForWe are open to diverse backgrounds, with a strong preference for candidates who bring real-world healthcare experience and have operated in complex, matrixed environments.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, health policy, health administration, business, or related field6+ years of experience in a customer‑facing healthcare role within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare consulting, or related industryExperience engaging hospital and system‑level stakeholders on outcomes, economics, reimbursement, or quality initiativesStrong understanding of value‑based care frameworks, CMS regulations, and acute/post‑acute healthcare environmentsAbility to analyze healthcare data and translate it into clear, compelling value narrativesComfortable leading through influence and collaborating across multiple internal teamsStrongly PreferredExperience in wound care, surgical care, or patient safety initiativesBackground in health economics, market access, outcomes research, quality improvement, or healthcare consultingClinical background (e.g., nursing) with progression into leadership, quality, or system‑level rolesFamiliarity with IDN decision‑making, value analysis committees, and hospital financial structuresAdditional DetailsTravel: Up to :50% domestic travelLocation: Field‑based; proximity to a major airport requiredWork Style: Highly collaborative, fast‑paced, and cross‑functionalCompensation & Benefits:The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $158,00 annually; this role is eligible for an annual bonus & car reimbursement. The posted salary range includes multiple geographic locations.
