Lab Technician

Job Title: Production TechnicianPay: $14.00-$16.00 /HRLocation: Oklahoma City, OKJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Production Technician where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our inventory and shipping processes. You will work in a highly regulated environment, contributing to life-changing treatments in a mission-driven setting.Responsibilities+ Accurately count and verify incoming merchandise.+ Record product data in inventory systems.+ Match physical stock with digital records.+ Perform packaging and shipping duties.+ Inspect shipments to ensure they are undamaged and properly dated.+ Ensure product quality and compliance with labeling standards.+ Maintain accuracy in documentation and shipment preparation.+ Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.Essential Skills+ Attention to detail.+ Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).+ Understanding of sterilization and sanitation processes.+ Ability to perform general labor and work on production lines.+ Experience in troubleshooting within production environments.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Knowledge of inventory management.+ Skill in packaging, shipping, and receiving.+ Effective team collaboration and communication skills.Work EnvironmentProduction Technicians work in a highly regulated environment that adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role requires standing for most of the shift, which is from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
