Position Overview
This position utilizes experienced and proficient motorized industrial equipment operators (i.e. forklift, combi lift) to safely and efficiently move, transport, load and unload raw materials and finished goods in a safe and effective manner, and within a timely manner in order to meet customer and production needs. Observes plant safety rules including safe forklift operations as mandated by OSHA.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Timely and accurate loading and unloading of pipe, sheet metal and/or plastic parts, molds, jigs, or other product per production requirements.
Maintains the integrity of products through proper handling and storage.
Ability to operate equipment including hand jacks and walk behinds.
Ability to operate counterbalance, turret forklifts with SAP and barcode scanners, clamp lift, and pallet jack.
Ability to scan products to ensure proper inventory, checking paperwork to match product.
Help maintains accurate inventory by reporting material shortages.
Ensure safe operation of all motorized industrial equipment.
When needed, re-palletize loads to ensure incoming materials and outgoing shipments are efficiently, safely and properly handled.
Ensure facility maintenance through housekeeping, keeping product and facility secure, and maintaining the assets of the facility.
Provide accurate and complete documentation, when required.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must have at least one to three years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least one year of using motorized vehicles such as forklifts, combi lifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies in a safe and efficient manner.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
Valid and current driver’s license.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.
Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
Ability to count and measure equipment.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using basic math skills.
Other Skills and Abilities
Must be able to become forklift/combi lift certified.
Demonstrated ability to perform duties with direction.
Ability to distinguish between colors.
Demonstrates effective reading skills.
Attendance Requirement
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such a level as is determined in the company’s employee handbook. Must be available and willing to work overtime hours as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. Must be available and willing to work such weekends and/or holidays as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.

Working Conditions
May be exposed to noise if working in or around a production area. Schedule is dependent on department, shift and production need. Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, talk, and hear. Physical demands include frequent lifting and/or carrying 10 – 50 lbs. and pushing or pulling 25 – 75 lbs.
Position Location
Position is onsite and dependent on shift needs and availability and not remote eligible.
Compensation
Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications, aligning with industry standards. The salary range for Monett, MO is also based upon geographical market standards for the industry and position in those areas.
There is a possibility of a bonus(es) based on individual performance and merit to be paid at the sole discretion of the company, but bonus(es) are not guaranteed unless outlined in writing in the offer letter extended to the candidate selected for the position.
