We are proud of what we have created—a great culture and great fit for talented and diverse people to serve our customers.Essential Job Functions:Increase sales; meet or exceed Truck productivity goalsPromotes and secures orders from existing customers through a relationship-based approachUnderstand Truck concept, and adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety guidelinesCreate and build long lasting relationships with your customersHelp customers select the right products for their unique needsKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Demonstrates products and services to existing customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needsFacilitate orders, receive shipments, and process sorting of shipments for upcoming mobile fittingsPickup/Drop off inventory at New Jersey Distribution CenterAssist customers by providing information, answering questions, obtaining merchandise requested, and completing payment transactionsExpedites the resolution of customer problems and complaintsProcesses accurate and efficient sale and return transactionsUnderstands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to customersSets up display and inventory in client locationResponsible for securing and safety of Mobile TruckSkills and Abilities:Experienced driving a 26-foot U-Haul truck/ or larger TruckCommercial Driver’s License (CDL)2-3+ years retail store sales experience preferredMust work independently during mobile fittingsMust have great time management skills and the ability multi-taskProven track record in sales generationDemonstrated customer service orientationProven ability to build and maintain relationships and generate sales in personPossess good judgement skillsSuccessful presentation and problem solving skillsMaintain sales materials and current product knowledgeOutstanding customer service skillsAccurate and professional written and verbal communicationStrong organizational and planning skillsDriven to meet goals and generate resultsProficient in Microsoft Office software, and ability to use Point of Sales System (POS)Applicants based in Sacramento or Woodland, California regionMinimum Requirements:Work requires significant local travel to current clients, which requires a valid state driver’s license in good standingWillingness to work a flexible schedule (weekends, nights, occasional overnight travel)Education:High School diploma or GED requiredShoes For Crews North America, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in hiring or employment based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability and veteran status. or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
