Entry Level Assembler

We are currently hiring for Entry Level Assembly positions located in the vicinity of Butler Memorial Hospital. Shift Details and Compensation The work schedule runs from Monday through Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, with potential Friday overtime as business needs dictate. The starting wage for this role is $16 per hour. Role Overview We are seeking individuals to join our clean room production team, where the primary focus is the accurate integration of metal components into glass units. You will be required to wear protective coveralls and maintain a high level of focus throughout your entire shift. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you can effectively inspect glass components and align markings for wire installation. These specialized products support critical projects for both the automotive industry and military applications. Requirements and Expectations Applicants must be comfortable standing for the duration of a 10-hour shift and possess the physical ability to reach across workstations to manipulate glass and align wires. While previous experience with soldering or working in clean room environments is a plus, it is not a requirement. All candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening. You will be working in a climate-controlled, tidy workspace.
