POSITION: Software Engineer (Agentic AI), AI & Data Platforms Location: Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA, USA (Onsite) Duration: 6-12+ Months Software Engineer (Agentic AI), AI & Data Platforms Role Summary: The Developer Experience Platform team is building an AI-powered platform to transform software development through agentic workflows, integrating LLMs into internal developer tools. Key Responsibilities: Backend Engineering: Develop backend services and orchestration systems for multi-agent workflows. Agentic AI & RAG: Build intelligent agents focusing on RAG, agentic loops, and multi-step reasoning. Tool Calling: Develop frameworks for agents to interact with APIs and enterprise services. System Reliability: Evaluate agent reliability and task completion in production. Key Qualifications: Backend & AI: Strong Python or TypeScript backend development experience (4+ years). Agent Frameworks: Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI. LLM Harnessing: Expertise in agentic loops, RAG, prompt engineering, and tool calling. Preferred: Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and platform engineering.
