*Role Summary:*
*The Developer Experience Platform team is building an AI-powered platform to transform software development through agentic workflows, integrating LLMs into internal developer tools.*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Backend Engineering: Develop backend services and orchestration systems for multi-agent workflows.*
* *Agentic AI & RAG: Build intelligent agents focusing on RAG, agentic loops, and multi-step reasoning.*
* *Tool Calling: Develop frameworks for agents to interact with APIs and enterprise services.*
* *System Reliability: Evaluate agent reliability and task completion in production. *
*Key Qualifications:*
* *Backend & AI: Strong Python or TypeScript backend development experience (4+ years).*
* *Agent Frameworks: Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.*
* *LLM Harnessing: Expertise in agentic loops, RAG, prompt engineering, and tool calling.*
* *Preferred: Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and platform engineering.*
