These factors include (but are not limited to) the position, associated responsibilities, work experience, education, related training, and related skills.Position Location: MacDill AFB, FL (On-site)About The RoleThe Joint Operations Readiness (Senior) supports planning and execution of joint SOF training and readiness events, contributing to exercise design and operational integration.Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport joint exercise planning and execution.Develop training scenarios and objectives.Coordinate across joint/interagency partners.Support readiness assessments and reporting.Experience Requirements10+ years SOF experience.Former E-7+/CW2+/O-3+.3+ years JTS experience.Education RequirementsBachelor’s degreeOther Required Skills & AbilitiesExercise control (EXCON) experience. (preferred)Training development and scenario writing. (preferred)Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Security Clearance RequirementsTop Secret ClearanceUS Citizenship RequirementsThis position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
