Procurement Analyst
Procurement Specialist (Contract) | Hybrid (2 days onsite in SF)Duration: December 2026, possible extension Join a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier performance management, and operational excellence across the purchasing function.Key Responsibilities: • Support sourcing activities including vendor research, RFP administration, supplier evaluations, and contract-related projects. • Coordinate supplier compliance programs, sustainability initiatives, and audit processes while tracking corrective action plans. • Conduct supplier risk assessments and due diligence reviews to support procurement and compliance objectives. • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, KPI reporting, spend analysis, and executive-ready presentations to drive data-informed decisions. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Analyze purchasing data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. • Assist with supplier onboarding, vendor master data management, and coordination with internal business partners. • Prepare ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support procurement strategy and business needs.Requirements: • 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or project management experience. • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and create complex formulas. • Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and communicate insights. • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across departments and with external suppliers. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.What Stands Out: • Opportunity to work on high-impact sourcing and supplier management initiatives. • Blend of data analytics, vendor management, and process improvement responsibilities. • Collaborative environment with exposure to multiple business functions and stakeholders. • Hybrid work schedule offering flexibility and team collaboration.
