Roofing Sales & Service Specialist

At Craften Roofing & Exteriors, we’re looking for someone who knows roofs, loves people, and gets a little restless sitting still too long! This isn’t the kind of job where you answer calls and emails all day wondering if anyones ever going to get back to you. This is a high-energy, in-the-field role for someone who enjoys conversation, momentum, problem-solving, and making things happen.One minute you might be inspecting a roof after a storm. The next you’re talking with a homeowner, networking out in the community, helping solve a leak issue, or simply building relationships that turn into long-term customers. We need someone with hustle, personality, confidence, and high ethics. Someone who can walk onto a property, earn trust quickly, explain things clearly, and genuinely help people while also driving sales and growth.If you like meeting new people, enjoy a little competition, and naturally take charge in conversations, you’ll fit right in!What You’ll Be Doing- Inspecting roofs and identifying issues, damage, or repair needs- Meeting with homeowners and property owners- Selling roofing projects, repairs, and exterior services- Helping with light repair and service work as needed- Building relationships through networking, referrals, and follow-up- Generating opportunities in the field through hustle, consistency, and community presence- Representing the company professionally and confidently- Working closely with the team to make sure customers are taken care of from start to finishWhat We’re Looking For- Previous outside sales experience required- Roofing experience strongly preferred- Strong communication and people skills- Someone comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors- Self-motivated and driven- High integrity and strong follow-through- Thick skin and a positive attitude- Someone who enjoys being out in the community and talking with peopleYou’ll probably love this role if you:- Like movement and variety in your day- Enjoy winning and setting goals- Naturally connect with people- Prefer action and overcommunicating- Enjoy freedom, autonomy, and performance-based growth- Want to grow with a company that is actively building somethingAbout UsCraften Roofing & Exteriors is a Chattanooga-based roofing and exterior company built on quality work, strong relationships, and doing business the right way.
