We helpbrands and rights holders maximize the value of partnerships through data-driven strategies andproprietary tools.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Manager, Brand Leadership to join our team. This role will beinstrumental in not only achieving our clients’ goals but over-delivering to move their businessforward. The person in this role must be capable of effectively assessing client needs in orderto make strategic, impactful, and relevant recommendations. He or she is focused on realmarketing solutions to client challenges. In conjunction with the client and agency leadership,specific metrics will be set for each account. Creating relationships with the client andassociated partners to ensure open communication and feedback will be critical.Key Responsibilities• Provide direction, manage and lead across all stakeholders regarding their respectiveinvolvement in the development of client strategy and execution, includingteam/property partners, PSP resources, and additional agencies• Develop, implement, and measure strategies based on client objectives• Lead clients with data and expertise towards ideas and opportunities that will movetheir business forward• Develop recommendations and direction for clients’ strategy based on PSP proprietarytool(s) findings• Develop and manage ongoing tracking documents to effectively demonstrate return-oninvestment• Reconciliation of account budget and use of hard cost dollars• Heavy interaction with internal team departments across disciplines, including Creative,Digital, Insights, Project Management, Business Development, and more• Participation in internal agency meetings, events, etc.• Additional accountabilities as directedKey Competencies• Organization & Planning• Verbal & Written Communication• Attention to Detail• Proactive Planning• Effective Problem Solving• Time Management• Resilience & Stress Tolerance• Goal-drivenQualifications• Minimum 5 yrs. experience working in sports/entertainment/marketing• Experience leveraging brand goals for effective and successful sponsorship campaigns• Experience collaborating with multiple departments to achieve client objectives• Understanding of sports marketing trends and how to apply them to a client brand• Experience working in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer• Competive salary and benefits• Flexible in-office requirements – balancing in-person and remote work• Opportunity to work with leading sports brands and properties across the country• Collaborative, data-driven culture, with room for innovation• 13+ years of historical data on how partnerships are built, as well as results
