Projecten moeten: De evenementen vinden plaats in de stad Columbus en hebben als doel artistieke, maatschappelijke en/of culturele waarde aan het grote publiek te tonen. Vergoeding aan kunstenaars die actief zijn in een of meer kunstvormen die door GCAC worden ondersteund: dans, mode, film, literatuur, muziek, theater, beeldende kunst en multidisciplinaire kunst.
