Production control assistant

Job Title: Production control assistant Job Duration: 12 months contract Job Location: - Archbald, PA Note: US Citizen are required for this positionJob Duties:• Sorts, posts, and files such paperwork as inventory records, production schedules, and other production control data.• Keeps records of number of units shipped and number of jobs in production. Statuses and expedites work orders through manufacturing facility.• May prepare shop orders indicating such factors as style, size, quantity, and priority.• May review stock records, consumption figures, and detail schedules to determine stock status against program requirements.• May prepare input forms for automated data processing system and may operate personal computer equipment. Performs other clerical tasks relating to duties.Basic Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeExperience with Microsoft ExcelExperience with SAP softwareAttention to detail and organization
