Lead Mitigation Technician

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the restoration and mitigation industry who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and knows how to keep a crew productive, safe, and on schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, supervising team members, and making sure projects are completed properly and on time. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and capable of training others while maintaining high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 employees on mitigation projects Perform hands-on mitigation work while setting the standard for the team Train team members on proper procedures, safety practices, and job expectations Ensure work is completed efficiently, correctly, and within deadlines Monitor job progress and maintain quality standards throughout each project Promote a safe work environment and enforce proper jobsite procedures Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers Assist with scheduling, coordination, and project completion as needed Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend work based on business needs Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $24 - $27 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
