We are seeking a senior-level construction professional who understands how to win work—not just price it.This role is designed for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, has deep relationships within the general contracting community, and knows how to position scope, risk, and value in a way that improves win probability on competitive bid and negotiated work.What You Will OwnYou will lead the estimating and preconstruction strategy for commercial drywall and interior systems projects, including:Strategic bid selection and pursuit strategy (not every job is a bid job)Full scope estimating for commercial drywall, framing, and ceiling systemsGC relationship engagement during preconstruction phasesRisk evaluation, scope clarification, and bid leveling strategyDevelopment of competitive yet profitable pricing modelsCoordination with leadership on project targeting and market expansionSupport for negotiated work and invited bid opportunitiesYou will have direct influence on what we pursue, how we price it, and how we position ourselves to win.Who This Role Is ForThis role is designed for a senior estimator or preconstruction professional who:Has 8–15+ years of commercial estimating experience (drywall/interiors strongly preferred)Has worked with or around top-tier general contractorsUnderstands production rates, field execution, and real jobsite conditionsHas experience with $1M–$10M+ drywall and framing scope packagesIs confident engaging directly with GCs during preconstructionThinks strategically about bid selection, not just takeoffsOperates with autonomy and accountabilityBonus if you have experience in:Fast-track commercial projectsNegotiated / design-assist environmentsWhat We OfferWe are structured for performance, not hierarchy.High autonomy in bid strategy and pursuit decisionsDirect influence on company growth and market directionLean decision-making environment (no corporate layers)Competitive compensation aligned with performance and awarded workOpportunity to build and shape a growing preconstruction functionWe reward judgment, accuracy, and win-rate—not volume of bids produced.Compensation StructureWe are open to structuring a package that reflects senior-level impact, including:Competitive base salaryPerformance-based bonus tied to awarded work or margin performancePotential long-term incentive structure for the right candidateWe are open to customizing structure for the right individual.
