Customer Success Representative
JOB SUMMARY: Are you looking to jump start your career as part of a dynamic client services team? ABCorp is actively seeking candidates for a Customer Success position. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, who are highly motivated self-starters. Candidates with strong communication skills, outstanding phone etiquette, attention to detail, and proven ability to multitask will be considered. This is a full-time position with benefits.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the essential duties required:
Attend client meetings and assist customers when visiting the office
Manage client orders from purchase order receipt to delivery and invoicing, which includes data entry into ABCorp’s ERP system as well as managing the milestones and delivery schedules of the orders
Coordinate the order treatment with appropriate Account Manager, Technical Consultants, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance departments
Serve as liaison with manufacturing for all order related matters
Participate in weekly, internal production status meetings
Responsible for customer satisfaction and service excellence in terms of order treatment and follow-up
Responsible for the internal coordination and follow-up of client requests and issue
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Highly effective service skills including professional demeanor and outstanding phone etiquette
Strong communication skills including the ability to craft professional emails and client related documents
Experience with ERP systems preferred
Ability to quickly grasp computer software
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the goal
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must demonstrate problem-solving skills
Must be customer service oriented
Must be team oriented
Must be able to work autonomously
Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills
Experience in printing and/or manufacturing environment desired but not required
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of customer service or sales support experience or relatable experience

This is a full on-site position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. We are located in Plano, TX.
