Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in:Generating new business opportunitiesBuilding strong client relationshipsExceeding sales targetsThis role requires a deep understanding of the medical device landscape, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.Responsibilities:Work with leadership to design, develop, and execute a sales plan to expand brand awareness and new lead generationActively prospect and generate new sales and business opportunities.Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers and develop an in-depth knowledge of their organization and needs.Achieve sales targets for assigned customers.Collaborate with internal staff on proposal development and procurement.Establish and maintain frequent contact with customers through focused client visits and presentations.Support marketing initiatives (e.g., trade shows, symposia attendance).Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Proven track record of success in the consulting service industry.Strong understanding of the medical device consulting industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of motivation and commitment to results.Ability to travel, monthly.Benefits:Competitive salary, sales bonus, and benefits packageOpportunity for growth within a dynamic and innovative companyBe part of a team dedicated to supporting the development of groundbreaking medical devices that impact millions of lives globally.Project Medtech is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
