CNC Programmer /{2726) Manufacturing Support Engineer
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong manufacturing support expertise to join a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming complex CNC machines and supporting shop floor operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and maintain CNC programs utilizing NX-CAM or similar software platforms.Program 3, 4, and 5-axis machines including:VMCVBMVTLHBMHMCEDM (Wire, Sinker, Fast Hole)Work with Okuma, Haas, Siemens, and Fanuc controls.Verify and validate CNC programs prior to shop floor release using Vericut.Utilize advanced machine tool controls including:Macro/Sub-routine programmingRenishaw probing routinesVariable-based programmingClosed Loop Machining (CLM)Provide CNC-related technical support to Manufacturing Engineers and machine operators.Deliver training to operators, programmers, and engineering teams as needed.Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining issues on the shop floor.Collaborate effectively in both individual and team-oriented environments.Support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing organization.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong problem-solving and organizational skills.Solid shop math knowledge including geometry and trigonometry.Experience machining high-temperature superalloys used in aerospace or heavy-duty gas turbine components.Hands-on experience in CNC programming, machining processes, and manufacturing support.Ability to thrive in a matrixed and collaborative work environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace, turbine, or precision manufacturing industries.Exposure to advanced CNC automation and process optimization techniques.Interested candidates can apply directly or reach out for more details.
