Senior Software Engineer, Observability

Overview In this Senior Software Engineer role, you will strengthen Temporal's observability stack and core platforms. You’ll lead end-to-end development for scalable, distributed systems that power internal developers and external customers. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy reliable tooling, with a strong emphasis on performance and on-call readiness. This role offers deep exposure to a mission-critical area that directly impacts product reliability and operator capabilities, in a collaborative and impact-driven culture.
