Picker/Packer

Family owned company in Delta, OH is seeking a full time Picker/Packer to join their team! You would be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and moving materials while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the facility. Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack materials, components, and finished products according to work orders Safely operate a Hi-Lo (forklift) to move materials throughout the facility Load, unload, and stage pallets and materials in designated areas Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging accuracy Supply production lines with required materials Prepare finished goods for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns Assist with general warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned Qualified candidates will have previous picker/packer, warehouse, and forklift operation experience (certification preferred or ability to obtain one), a strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
